    Upgrading OID to 11.1.1.5.0

    to upgrade OID to 11.1.1.5.0 from OID 11.1.1.2.0 we need to do this in a couple of steps.

    ODSM 11.1.1.5.0

    1. upgrade OID software using runInstaller
    2. upgrade OID schema using psa (patch set assistant)
    • set ORACLE_HOME to ORACLE_IDM1 in our case use .oraenv and specify #oim
    • cd $ORACLE_HOME/bin
    • ./psa -dbConnectString nd1has01:1521/POID -dbaUserName sys -schemaUserName ODS
    for HP-UX the following files were used.

    ofm_idm_hp_itanium_11.1.1.2.0_64_disk1_1of1.zip - 1.9GB'ish = downloaded from OTN
    V26678-01_OIM_HPIA64_111500.zip - 1.6GB'ish = downloaded from The Oracle Software Delivery Cloud (Edelivery.oracle.com)
